IT Solution Architect

Job Description

ICTPH seeks to hire a talented Solution Architect (SA) with the following expectations.

  • The SA will drive the functional requirements and the engineering aspects pertaining to the information technology initiatives taken up at ICTPH by closely working with the Chief Technology Officer.
  • The SA will document and own the business requirements at the granular level. He/She will liaison between the end users (Physicians, Health Extension Workers, IT teams of healthcare partners) and technology partner.
  • The SA will support the functional and user acceptance testing related to the technology initiatives.
  • The SA will be expected to develop detailed implementation plans and anchor deployment of IKP-TechPrima for healthcare partners. The SA will support the ongoing maintenance of all such deployments.
  • The SA will suggest innovative extensions and enhancements (especially in the areas of Mobile and Analytics solutions) to IKP-TechPrima and demonstrate feasibility through proof of concepts.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering/Technology
  • Analytical skills and technical skills (preferably in LAMP technology stack)
  • High level of competency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, consensus building on technology initiatives/issues; willingness to work in a small team with significant responsibility
  • Passion and energy to experiment technology prototypes in SOA, Mobile, Analytics & Data Visualization
  • A minimum work experience of 3 years in Tier 1 or Tier 2 software product/service organization(s)
